Purple with Pride

 Hello Tuesday to all!
well it was Tuesday when I created this post and nice out.
Today it is Thursday and cold & raining.

It is a windy but beautiful day in Wisconsin.
Hope the weather where you live is the same.
I am happy to share this close up, as I am loving the results of Jeunesse Global products.
It is an anti-aging company with skincare that delivers results through Human Growth Hormones.
It also focuses on aging for the inside with a product called Infiniti.

Purple boots

Hello everyone!
Back to a fashion post.
I'm curious if the last post got you thinking about your closet.
As I mentioned in my prior post, I have represented a few clothing lines.
Today, I am wearing a line called Kokoon, they are based right here in the Minneapolis area.
Laine Sou, the owner/designer is a very creative and super sweet person.
I especially like the way that she used 2 types of fabric on the jacket.  Both fabrics are super comfortable and have a nice flow.  I paired the jacket with one of their tops that is not an exact color but  is in the same tones.
Where did I go with this outfit from there?  To my scarf rack.
The scarf I choose has the color of the jacket in it.
Then, I added the Boots!

Visit Kokoon.net and view the spring line

brown jacket/white jeans plus blouse tip

Hello Everyone!
Hope your week is off to a great start.
Here in Wisconsin, we have just had a few really nice days.
Makes us hopeful that spring is finally here.
Along with loving the nice weather, I am loving the distressed boyfriend jeans.
I have gained a few pounds over the winter and have done quite a bit of traveling,
so they are very comfortable to wear on flights.
For me, I can't wear oversized clothing or yoga pants daily, as they do not keep me in check.
If I did, I'm sure I would gain more weight than I have.
This photo is a good one to teach you a clothing tip.
As you can see, my shirt is pulling in the front.
There are ways to prevent this~1) don't stand like I'm standing :)
2)You can add a snap between the 2 buttons in the area where the shirt is pulling
3) Have the front sewn down, then have a zipper added on the side
(This works the best for ladies who have a large bust in comparison to their waist)

Have a wonderful week!  Debbie

dress/jacket=skirt/top/jacket

This photo was actually taken earlier in the summer but I failed to post.
I took a dress, added a jacket to give it a skirt, top and jacket look.

The dress alone is not my favorite

I love this handmade jewelry I purchased at a show in Minneapolis.

I had to add this photo with my dog "Armani".  He has to be right with me.

grey but sunny

It is a cool Saturday morning here in Hudson, WI (35 degrees)
Very hazy in some areas and sunny in others.
I actually wore this outfit, yesterday while running with my granddaughter and taking my grandson back and forth to school.  It was very comfortable.  Especially the boyfriend jeans.
I ended up really liking the combination and decided to take the time and photo the outfit for you.
This grey jacket has been a winner.  It goes with so many of the jewel tones that I wear.
It really helps pop the colors underneath it.
A Close UP!!!
I have to say that none of these photos have been edited, only cropped.
I believe the skincare regimen I have been using is working.  I am a lotions & potions gal and the closer I get to 50 the more important it is getting.  Can you relate?
Here is a plug for the shoes~I am wearing AGL shoes and I bought them to wear to Spain.  They along with a FLY brand shoes held up to the test.
 Caught in motion!

Don't have to worry about busting out the knees on this pair
You can see the hazy skies in the background of this photo.
I don't like when bloggers keep their eyes covered, so here is one with no glasses!

Feelin Blue~No!

It has been a little while since I have blogged.
Hope you enjoy this post.
The top that I am wearing is actually vintage and I got at an Estate Sale free.
The lady must have been a seamstress, as it was handmade.
I purchased 3 mink wraps and 2 vintage coats that day.  Plus, got 3 shirts Free-So Fun!

Etcetera peach jacket

Hello Spring!
It was sure a long winter here in Hudson, WI.  Hence, one of the reasons I haven't been so regular with my blog posts.  Having photos taken out in the cold and wind was just too hard to do and I get a lot of glare in the photos taken in my home.

Have a fabulous weekend,  Debbie
